AppleHi! I am Jessica, and I have been in the project management field for over 15 years. I have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in the world, such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple.
I started as a project manager at Amazon. I am responsible for understanding the extent of best practices helping and steering customers to establish them. I also work with other teams to promote and enhance the customer experience.
After a few years, I moved to Microsoft as a senior project manager. In this role, I am responsible for developing and managing the business case for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading and mentoring project teams.
I then moved to Apple as a program manager.
I am responsible for designing and executing software development projects in this role. I am also in charge of ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards. I am finding the best way to manage projects and meet customer demands. I would love to help you grow in your career as a project manager.
