I’m an experienced UX designer whose expertise lies in strategic design planning and visual communication. I’m currently working for Bank of China, one of the biggest banks in Hong Kong, where I lead the full-cycle development of the UX grounding and architecture for bank-wide implementation and provide consultancy on digital transformation for the bank’s diverse digital products.
For the past 4 years, I worked across Hong Kong and Sydney, managing and designing multiple omnichannel design projects. I also previously worked with a number of international brands like Lancome, Toyota, Garnier and Hennessy. These experiences helped in fine-tuning my research and problem-solving abilities. They also enabled me to learn how to develop innovative design solutions that balance the needs and expectations of both users and businesses, while taking advantage of available opportunities and ensuring increased bottom line and quality product experience.
