I’m a senior business analyst with Farmers Credit Union, where I handle technical and non-technical projects in the areas of consumer lending. Part of my job involves selecting vendors for projects, creating RFP and business case documentation, conducting process analysis on current business processes, and offering recommendations for improvement. I have also mentored a group of about 20 business analysts on the company’s best practices, requirements management, and process analysis.
I think out of the box and come up with tasks and initiatives that can help my team members learn and grow. I’m bringing this, along with my BA experience and expertise, with me on my journey as a mentor. So if you happen to work with me, expect to receive in-depth guidance and interesting activities that will help grow your BA capabilities.
Many of the information and advice that Kamil gave to me were game-changers. Not only did they make me understand business analysis concepts better, but also allowed me to apply those concepts effectively in the projects he assigned to me.
I want to emphasize Kamil’s hands-on approach in teaching me business analysis. I learned so much about requirements specification and business process modeling. I had a great time working with him.
