I am a graduate of Computer Science from the Lagos State University and have honed my skills in IT for the last 8yrs and counting. As a self-taught programmer, currently I work as a Software Facilitator/Programmer/Trainer with NIIT (FORTESOFT SYSTEMS LIMITED) Ikeja, Lagos - a franchise with 6 training centers across Lagos State. At previous levels of employment and here at NIIT, I have taught and worked with over 300 students and counting both physically and virtually.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
A summary of my Technical Skills acquired over the past few years are: Programming in Python, Web Design & Development certifications(Front-end, i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript), jQuery, SQL Databases, NoSQL Databases, Security+ certification (Cybersecurity fundamentals), JSON & Working with APIs, Flask and Linux, which were acquired mostly at NEW HORIZONS, Lagos, Nigeria and through Self-training & development.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME
I am a hard-working, motivated, and driven professional. My students/trainees' feedback I often get indicate that they are satisfied with the way I'm able to explain difficult concepts.

There are several skills I can use from this position as an instructor when serving in a mentorship role, including instructing how to write programs, logic & critical thinking, presentation skills, project and coursework & outline preparation based on my experience in the Software and Computer science and most importantly how to communicate your ideas. My students attest to the fact that I am an avid listener, approachable and willing to communicate ideas in a very succinct manner to help their understanding.
